The Customer Interaction Zone works with the Coachworks to provide clear customer flows, as well as organized and intuitive areas for queuing and waiting.
Dining Zones create a variety of dining experiences, determined by market and adjacency to specific Coachworks.
The boundary of the Zones and the Drive Thru side of the Coachworks defines the position of the Enclosure and the ultimate form of each restaurant.
Zones of different sizes and/or organizations will yield different building shapes.
